What I liked most about working with Steve was the fact that he didn't just listen to me complain or vent, he actually rationalized every situation I spoke about and helped me come up with very valuable solutions. He gave me a perspective on things that I may have never thought about before. He doesn't take sides, but he puts forth his best effort to understand both sides and come to a medial solution. I never felt judged, always felt understood, and continued to revisit the things he has helped me learn and understand about myself.

At first i was unsure what was going on with my life. I've had almost everything I needed and wanted with my life but felt so disorganized and out of grip trying to achieve my dream. Steve has helped me grow as a person tremendously over these last few months.
