Steven Toss is a senior executive, transformational leader, and certified career and business coach with more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning financial services, corporate governance, talent development, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.
Throughout his corporate career, Steven has held executive leadership roles within leading global financial institutions, where he built and led enterprise organizations, designed governance and operating frameworks from the ground up, and advised senior leadership on strategic initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation.
Known for his ability to combine strategic vision with disciplined execution, Steven has led large-scale business transformation initiatives across multiple industries including wealth management, investments, life insurance, and annuities. His leadership has influenced enterprise strategy, business modernization, cross-functional collaboration, and performance optimization across end-to-end business functions, including product development, marketing, sales, operations, and client experience.
Steven holds an MBA in Finance from St. John's University and a BBA in Finance from Pace University. He has also served as an Advisory Board Member for Pace University's Transformational Leadership Program and as a mentor within Montclair State University's Accelerated MBA Program, helping develop the next generation of business leaders.
At the core of Steven's career has always been one consistent passion: helping people grow, succeed, and perform at their highest potential.
