The thing I admire most about Steven Toss is that he has always demonstrated genuine support and a willingness to help others reach their goals. Steven has a vast life experience and has always been very successful at many things including, but not limited to, sports, education, career and maintaining relationships (business and personal). This combination of his willingness to help others succeed and having the knowledge and experience to make it happen is why Steven is an excellent choice to help you accomplish your goals. He will help you implement a tactical plan for you to execute and guiding you on a path to achieve your career aspirations. His commitment to working with you to make that happen is second to none.

It's not uncommon to hit little (or large) roadblocks in life, and there's no better person to help you get it than Steve. I thoroughly enjoyed his coaching style and approach. He has an uncanny way of helping you arrive at the correct decision without pushing you in a particular direction. He helped me reframe my focus, shut out the noise, and elevate my mindset. I truly believe working with him has helped me develop a comprehensive mental toolbox to get me through some of life's toughest challenges. Listen with your ears, not with your mouth. That is exactly how Steve approaches coaching. He first spends the time really trying to uncover your goals/objectives and then once he understands, he helps translate them into achievable, actionable steps to execute.

What I liked most about working with Steve was the fact that he didn't just listen to me complain or vent, he actually rationalized every situation I spoke about and helped me come up with very valuable solutions. He gave me a perspective on things that I may have never thought about before. He doesn't take sides, but he puts forth his best effort to understand both sides and come to a medial solution. I never felt judged, always felt understood, and continued to revisit the things he has helped me learn and understand about myself.

Steve's depth of knowledge is complimented by his passion for aiding in the growth and development of others… I know firsthand because his talent mindset and coaching mentality have truly helped to shape me into a better person and have accelerated my growth and development… He provided some great insights that will help with the trajectory of my career. At first i was unsure what was going on with my life. I've had almost everything I needed and wanted with my life but felt so disorganized and out of grip trying to achieve my dream. Steve helped me catch a grip onto the important aspects and to take control of what I felt was slipping away! My thoughts were cloudy and deep and I was just over thinking each route. Steve has helped me grow as a person tremendously over these last few months.
